Purpose of NORTHMRK

NORTHMRK is a customer relationship management (CRM) application for life insurance agency producers. The purpose of NORTHMRK is to help producers:

Import and manage private lead lists
Click-to-dial leads and record call dispositions
Keep each producer’s leads separate from other agents
Track insurance cases from first contact through quote, underwriting, issue, and placement
Optionally review advertising campaign performance next to those leads

Why NORTHMRK requests Google user data

NORTHMRK requests Google user data only when a user chooses to connect a Google account. Depending on the connection the user authorizes, NORTHMRK uses Google user data for these purposes only:

Sign-in / identity: to authenticate the user into NORTHMRK (or the NORTHMRK organization login that gates the CRM) using the Google account they select.
Google Ads analytics (optional): to display campaign and account performance for that user’s agency inside NORTHMRK so producers can relate ad results to their lead and case work.

NORTHMRK does not sell Google user data. NORTHMRK does not use Google user data to advertise to other people or for unrelated AI model training. Use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
