Purpose of the NORTHMRK application

NORTHMRK is business software for life insurance producers and agency owners. Users open NORTHMRK to work their book of business every day. NORTHMRK is not a social network and is not a consumer messaging app.

Functionality of NORTHMRK:

  • Import CSV lead lists (name, phone, age, state)
  • Separate lead lists so each producer dials only their own leads
  • Click-to-dial from a mobile queue and save call outcomes
  • Move cases through a life-insurance pipeline (new, contacted, appointment, quoted, underwriting, issued, placed)
  • Optionally connect ad accounts to view campaign performance beside those leads

Why NORTHMRK requests Google user data

NORTHMRK requests Google user data only after the user consents on Google’s OAuth screen. NORTHMRK uses that data for these purposes only:

  1. Sign-in and identity. To authenticate the user into NORTHMRK (including through the NORTHMRK organization login) so only authorized producers can access their CRM data.
  2. Optional Google Ads performance. If the user connects Google Ads, to show campaign and account metrics inside NORTHMRK so the agency can relate ad results to leads and cases.
  • NORTHMRK does not sell Google user data.
  • NORTHMRK does not use Google user data to serve ads to other people or for unrelated AI/ML training.
  • Users can revoke access in Google Account permissions and by disconnecting linked accounts in NORTHMRK Settings.
