Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NORTHMRK CRM application at crm.northmrk.com (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
NORTHMRK provides a producer CRM for life insurance agencies, including lead list management, click-to-dial workflows, call dispositions, pipeline/case tracking, and optional connections to advertising platforms for campaign analytics.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Access is limited to authorized agency users provisioned by NORTHMRK or an agency owner. You must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful insurance sales operations
- Do not attempt to access another producer’s private leads without authorization
- Comply with TCPA, insurance licensing, and advertising platform policies when contacting leads or connecting ad accounts
- Do not abuse APIs, scrape, or disrupt the Service
4. Your data
You retain ownership of lead and client data you upload. You grant NORTHMRK a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the Service for your agency. See our Privacy Policy for details, including Google user data.
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with Authentik SSO, Telnyx, Meta, TikTok, Google, Zoom, and similar providers. Their terms apply to your use of those products. NORTHMRK is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. NORTHMRK does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific sales outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORTHMRK and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
